AHHHH NO VOICE!!!! :'(

It's official. My voice is completely gone. This morning when I woke up, I told Pulgarcita (our pet Chihuahua) to stay laying down and all I could hear was "squeeky squeeky". AHHHHH!!!! My voice was completely gone. This is horrible because I like to talk a lot. I wanted to take advantage and finally catch up on my dubs, but now I can't. I don't want to ask to go on hiatus either because I'll feel bad. Ahhhh!!!! What am I to do? What do you guys suggest? What is good to make my voice come back?
